You'll play a key role in crafting engaging and effective copy for a diverse range of CRM communications, including Direct Mail, Email, SMS, MMS, and various digital and social platforms.

The ideal candidate will have demonstrable experience in creating compelling content that contributes to customer engagement, supports loyalty initiatives, and helps drive business objectives. This role requires a solid understanding of customer behaviour and strong copywriting skills, with a desire to further develop your expertise in the automotive sector.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Actively collaborating with cross-functional teams to contribute to content strategy and support customer engagement efforts.
  • Applying insights from customer data to understand audience needs and preferences, and informing copy decisions.
  • Diligently ensuring brand consistency in style, tone, and voice across all CRM communications.
  • Assisting in the development of creative concepts and ideas for CRM campaigns.

What You Bring

  • Proven experience as a Copywriter, CRM specialist, or similar role, preferably within an agency or fast-paced in-house environment.
  • Proficiency in interpreting and effectively adopting the distinct writing style and tone of voice for various brands.
  • Familiarity with content management systems and CRM tools.
  • An understanding of SEO principles and how they apply to content creation.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and grammar.
  • A demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines while maintaining high-quality work.

Key Responsibilities

  • Produces clear, concise, and engaging copy that is on-brand, on-message, and targeted to the intended audience.
  • Presents ideas and copy effectively to internal teams and, on occasion, supports senior team members in client presentations.
  • Possesses a solid comprehension and understanding of brand continuity, brand guidelines, and brand positioning.
  • Actively participates in feedback sessions on creative briefs and proposed work, contributing to creative quality and collaborative processes.
  • Develops an eye for identifying potential opportunities for creative work, with guidance from senior colleagues.
  • Executes creative copy efficiently and effectively, following the direction of Creative Directors and senior copywriters.

Additional Information

We are seeking a detail-oriented individual with a natural curiosity, a proactive attitude, and a strong passion for writing.
