This role will develop our go-to-market (GTM) strategy for JR’s AI/Digital portfolio, drive marketing excellence, and partner closely with R&D to steer the product roadmap aligned with our JR and Enterprise priorities. It’s a strategic position designed to align innovation, commercialization, and execution for maximum impact.

We’re looking for a visionary product leader to own the GTM strategy for JR’s AI and Digital portfolio, driving precision in how we launch, position, and scale innovations that sit at the intersection of data, care, and technology. In this role, you’ll collaborate deeply with R&D to guide the product roadmap, ensuring our solutions not only advance our JR and enterprise digital strategies but redefine what’s possible in the operating room and beyond. You’ll architect marketing excellence in a space where rapid iteration, seamless integration, and direct-to-user experiences are the new frontier.

*$219,600 - $286,500 salary plus bonus eligible + benefits. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.*
