Job Description

Change Management Lead – Demand to Renew (D2R) Global Transformation Program

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Change Management Lead to play a pivotal role in the execution of a multi-year global transformation program. The successful candidate will lead the regional execution of Success Enablement (SE) Plans, ensuring alignment with the global program objectives. This role requires a strategic mindset, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of regional cultures, business practices, and regulatory environments.

You will report to the Director for Strategic Planning and Operations, Data, Analytics, Insights and Innovation. You will help lead Success Enablement for the Demand to Renew Transformation initiative for the North America region.

Please note this role does not have managerial responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the execution of Success Enablement (SE) Plans at the regional level and customize learning, communication, and change network materials for adoption and regional ways of working
  • Maintain stakeholder list and drive regional stakeholder engagement and communications
  • Collaborate with global teams to address regional needs and provide pulse on regional adoption and blockers
  • Coordinate with SE Workstream Leads and Instructional Designers to ensure regional training programs align with local needs
  • Facilitate regional change network engagement, train-the-trainer sessions, translation Quality Assurance facilitations, and stakeholder list maintenance
  • Support end-user training sessions for their region as needed
  • Conduct change Impact Analysis with subject matter experts to understand local implications and potential resistance
  • Provide regular progress reports to central and regional leadership
  • Collaborate with Global Business Process Leaders (GBPLs) to regionalize new processes and gain regional alignment

The Essentials - You Will Have:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent years of relevant experience.
  • Legal authorization to work in the US is required. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job opening.

The Preferred - You Might Also Have:

  • Typically requires 12+ years' work experience.
  • Knowledge and experience in managing Change and Communications.
  • Strong understanding of regional cultures, business practices, and regulatory environments.
  • Excellent communications and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams.
  • Certifications (PMP, CPTM, CIT)
  • A solid understanding of how people go through a change and the change process
  • experience with Prosci ADKAR® Model
