What you’ll be doing:

• Lead the PHY layer verification team members & activities.
• Responsible for ramping full regression and continues integration capabilities for all products Pre and Post Silicon.
• Form the team development methodology
• Take active part in bring-up of new products.
• Debug and screen HW/FW/SW issues.
• Maintenance of overall FW & tools verification plan. Develop new methodologies to improve the Dev process.
• work closely with product/marketing team to define release scope and timline
• Supporting Application Engineering to resolve customer issues.

What we need to see:

• BS or MS degree in EE/CE.
• 4+ yrs of managerial experience.
• 10+ overall years of experience in silicon, system and FW integration
• excellent leadership capabilities and ability to build teams from scratch
• Strong problem solving, debugging, analysis and logical reasoning skills.
• Proven debugging experience and ability to investigate and triage difficult problems in embedded FW.
• Good understanding of Hardware/Software Development Process.
