This role sits at the heart of our Red Hat practice and offers the opportunity to work closely with customers in a highly visible, solution-oriented position.

About the Role

We are looking for a customer-facing Solution Architect specialized in Red Hat, with strong expertise in OpenShift, to join our team in Solna.

This is a highly consultative and hands-on role. You will work directly with end customers and partners across the Stockholm area, leading technical workshops, translating business needs into Red Hat-based architectures, and supporting the full solution lifecycle.

The role requires regular travel within the Stockholm region to meet clients on-site and conduct workshops.

What You’ll Do

• Lead customer workshops focused on Red Hat solutions, particularly OpenShift

• Translate customer business and technical requirements into scalable Red Hat architectures

• Design and propose OpenShift-based container platforms and hybrid cloud solutions

• Support sales teams with technical pre-sales activities, including solution design and technical presentations

• Act as the technical expert for Red Hat within the Swedish market

• Collaborate with partners and internal stakeholders to deliver multi-vendor solutions when required

• Provide technical enablement to sales teams and partners (when relevant)

• Maintain strong relationships with key customer contacts

• Support technical project elements through to successful closure

• Stay up to date with Red Hat roadmap, certifications, and evolving container technologies

What We’re Looking For

Technical Experience

• Proven experience working with Red Hat technologies, with strong focus on OpenShift

• Experience designing and implementing container platforms

• Strong understanding of Kubernetes and hybrid cloud architectures

• Experience delivering technical workshops or customer presentations

• Knowledge of enterprise IT environments and infrastructure

• Familiarity with Linux environments and automation tools is a strong advantage

Professional Skills

• Fluent in Swedish and English (both written and spoken)

• Comfortable presenting to technical and business stakeholders

• Strong communication and workshop facilitation skills

• Structured and consultative mindset

• Ability to translate complex technical topics into business value

• Self-driven with strong planning and prioritization skills
