Summary

We are seeking a New Markets Lead with a passion for launching healthcare services to manage and grow our existing and new service lines. Reporting directly to the Founder / CEO, this role will manage the planning, launch, and early stage operating management for new markets and service lines with our partner organizations.

Actual compensation is based on several factors including but not limited to, the primary work location, candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience. The target base salary for this position ranges from $100,000 to $160,000 in addition to a competitive equity and benefits package (as applicable)

Job Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the CEO and Business Development team members to take the baton when a contract gets signed, and then run with that baton to launch the contract and market in a collaborative and deliberate manner.

  • Travel onsite and be embedded in new markets as needed (up to 75%) to support and lead implementation and launch efforts.

  • Build and operate a small suite of tools that enable you to manage the end-to-end launch of a contract in a new or existing market with a new B2B partner.

  • Manage the hiring of new clinical, medical, and administrative team members and their managers to enable these contracts in market.

  • Communicate daily, with transparency and organization, with the CEO about the status of each contract launch.

  • Continue management of these services lines while the company scales, with the support of program leads in each geographic region.

Skills / Competencies

  • Strong wish to change healthcare for the better for underserved communities

  • Experience and proven fluency in building new tools and teams in early stage companies that grow and evolve rapidly

  • High comfort managing multiple projects in great detail at once; possess systems and tools that you could deploy and / or adapt here at Guaranteed

  • Communications style that is transparent, direct, and clear; you organize and plan in detail so that you can “show your work” to enable communication with other team members; you communicate early and often so your team and manager are able to support you and offer feedback; you inspire trust and authenticity in your communication with others.

  • Comfort operating in the unknown where change is a certainty; you are comfortable creating internal and external goals to enable you to drive a program forward

  • Strong bias for giving and receiving feedback, and diving in to learn more about relevant information that you don’t know yet but that could help you operate better

Relevant Experience

  • A minimum of 4 years in operations in early stage companies or new departments

  • Proven track record of managing complex, detailed projects and communicating daily with managers and team members on progress and barriers

  • Experience traveling and operating in multiple markets / locations across the U.S

  • Managing or overseeing teams that deliver direct patient care

  • Familiarity with regulatory standards and compliance requirements in healthcare
