Job Duties:
The Technical Business Analyst, Retention Initiatives will be responsible for developing a deep understanding of people, policy, practice, process, and system-level impacts to proposed solutions within the Retention Initiatives portfolio. He/she will be assigned to a set of projects and initiatives and will be required to document existing workflows and business processes, evaluate proposed solutions, and deliver recommendations. The TBA must be able to ask thoughtful questions to understand the nuance of policy, process, and practice and be able to facilitate consensus on potential solutions. He/she must have extensive experience with systems and documenting process in a complex higher-education environment.
