What You'll Bring:
Roles & Responsibilities
Project Management:
- Should be able to manage and track projects within Transunion CIBIL.
- Ensures project documents are complete, current and stored appropriately.
- Plan & report program execution. Track and Deliver projects based on project work plans across the organization.
- Regular interactions with leads on the issues related to the business and maintain necessary flow of information to and from them and providing inputs wherever desired.
- Understand the management expectation and prepare Pitch/presentations for the Leadership.
- Proactively identify opportunities and provide alternatives/solutions for process improvement
- Ensuring process adherence & compliance through defined audit framework
Collaboration
- Drive collaboration across teams and departments.
- Address issues upfront, define alternative solutions, resolve conflict and create lasting, productive partnerships with clients.
- Provide resources and organizational structure to promote collaborative efforts to project modules.
Communication
- Manages day-to-day user interactions, builds credibility, establish rapport and sets & manages user expectations.
- Driving effective communication across businesses and functions through all phases of project life cycle. Clearly communicate project status, issues, risks, plans, etc. to Leadership
- Project management key strategic cross functional projects, collaborating with the functional leads
Impact You'll Make:
Experience and Skills
- Master’s degree in Business Administration/ Operations or a related field.
- Minimum 5-7 years of relevant experience
This job is assigned as On-Site Essential and requires in- person work at an assigned TU office location as a condition of employment.
