The Goldin team is looking for a Project Manager, who will be a driver in the success of key projects for the team. Success in this role is defined by taking ownership and leadership of the projects, effective communication with stakeholders, defining the right project goals, and driving projects forward through completion despite risks and issues that will arise. Ideal candidates will look to coordinate the work, frequently prioritize, communicate often, and flag risks/ issues with recommended solutions for quick resolution.

What you will accomplish:

• Own the project management of various work streams across different programs.
• Develop and maintain up-to-date project plans to ensure teams and counterparts are on target towards a common goal.
• Build work back plans and hold collaborators accountable through regular reviews, with clear agendas, notes, and follow-ups detailed. 
• Seek out owners of milestones to ensure completion as needed, evaluating risks to timelines and escalating them when vital.
• Develop reporting and provide analytics for the program to ensure partners are appropriately advised.
• Drive analytics reports and presentations to enable financial reporting and executive communications on success of the business and key initiatives. 
• Manage multiple work streams and projects in a fast paced environment by collaborating closely with cross-functional partners. 
• Host meetings internal stakeholders and external representatives to review milestones, status, and identify risks or adjusted timelines. 
• Creatively problem-solve for timeline challenges while mitigating risk and maintaining transparency. 
• Travel to sites as needed.

What you will bring:

• Demonstrated ability to overcome obstacles with a “can do” attitude.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently to achieve goals on time.

• Comfort with change management. 
• Agility and comfort with changing or evolving direction. 
• Ability to make information consumable to a larger audience/leadership. 
• Proven understanding of Go-To-Market (GTM) framework and adoption of project management practices. 
• Ability to deliver projects within specified due dates and implement meticulous project plans across all projects. 

• 6+ years in project management, PMP certification is a plus 
• Proficiency with tools such as Monday.com, Powerpoint, and Excel.  
• BS/BA degree
