The Challenge

This newly created role will work cross-functionally with various business partners both within and outside of Human Resources such as IT, PMO, Finance, and Label HR to review and implement approved changes related to our annual projects, with a focus on improving accuracy, efficiency, effectiveness and scalability, while driving a reduction in the time spent on operational activities. The candidate will find opportunities, formulate an action plan, and drive the plan to completion. They will be responsible for working closely with our HR Enablement Team Lead in developing a support framework with HR and continue to drive efficiencies from our current investments in Workday, Lattice, Cornerstone, Greenhouse and various reporting tools.

 

What You’ll Take On

  • Understand the people, process, and technology that support the human resource function.
  • Support initiatives in streamlining existing processes while ensuring compliance with internal controls.
  • Coordinate and collaborate with internal business stakeholders both within and outside of Human Resources as appropriate to drive the approved changes or system enhancement to completion.
  • Evaluate human resources processes based on best/leading practice, and identify opportunities to streamline and recommend solutions.
  • Partner with Human Resource enablement leader on training and communication activities.
  • Manage and Support the delivery of new and existing software solutions.
  • Stay ahead of industry best practices and market trends related to human resource transformation and provide update and recommendation on technology solutions.

 

What You Bring 

  • Bachelor’s degree or similar in human resources, business, accounting, or relevant field of study.
  • 6 - 8 years in human resource field, operations, HRBP, talent development, etc.
  • Advanced understanding of implementing technology solutions with broad principles of specialty.
  • Strong analytical skills, and attention to detail with sense of ownership.
  • Develops and leads solutions to tactical business issues with clear objectives. Advises and recommends solutions to tactical, sometimes broad business issues with clear objectives based on their level of expertise and experience.
  • Ability to independently identify issues/problems and present solutions to senior management at all levels.
  • Detail-oriented self-starter able to work under minimal supervision and drive tasks or responsibility to completion and meet the deadline.
  • Strong communication and presentations skills to translate complex requirements and solutions, including the ability to represent data and ideas.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple projects concurrently while taking care of changing priorities.
  • CPA and/or combination of public and private accounting experience preferred.
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
  • Ideal candidate should have knowledge and worked with some or all of the following applications: Workday, Lattice, Cornerstone, Greenhouse, Power BI, Tableau, Planning solutions.

The pay range for this position in New York City at the start of employment is expected to be between $123,500 and $182,780 per Year. However, base pay offered is based on market location, and may vary further depending on individualized factors for job candidates, such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and other objective business considerations. Subject to those same considerations, the total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a bonus and/or equity awards, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment. If hired, employee will be in an 'at-will position' and the company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation or benefit program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
