Summary:
In this role you will assist with providing guidance to business leaders to effectively manage employee relation issues across the enterprise. You will collaborate closely with the Employee Relations Lead and assist with mitigating organizational issues. You will assist with implementing employee relations initiatives in accordance with HR policies.
Responsibilities:
Address and investigate manager and employee-initiated complaints in accordance with HR policies.
Provide support as needed to senior business leaders through the employee investigation and resolution process.
Support manager in resolving employee conflicts including PIP (Performance Improvement Plan) meetings and involuntary termination processes.
Escalate manager, employee, and executive initiated complaints to ER Lead and Legal as necessary.
Supports workforce reduction activities as needed.
Plan and execute workplace investigations in accordance with all relevant policies.
Maintain proper employee documentation.
Foster employee relationships.
Support voluntary termination process as needed (i.e. handle exit interview process).
Provide ER case information and data to HRBPs and Centers of Expertise as appropriate.
Qualifications:
Relevant degree preferred.
5 or more years of relevant experience required.
Human Resources experience required.
PHR/SPHR certification preferred.
Ability to handle interactions with discretion, tact, and courtesy.
Proven ability to partner with leadership in the resolution of personnel and labor issues through advice and counsel.
Demonstrated ability to learn about internal customers’ business operations and challenges.
Must be a persuasive and effective communicator with the ability to relate to people across all levels and diverse backgrounds.
Proven people, coaching, and engagement skills.
Must be able to work with and maintain company confidential and proprietary information.

Estimated Hiring Range:
At Vizient, we consider skills, experience, and organizational needs in our compensation approach. Geographic factors may adjust the range estimate and hires typically fall below the top range. Compensation decisions are tailored to individual circumstances. The current salary range for this role is $68,500.00 to $109,700.00.This position is also incentive eligible.
