Job Description

Marketing Strategy & Campaign Management

  • Assist in developing and implementing the group marketing strategy to enhance brand visibility and inflight revenue across Thailand, Philippines, Indonesia, and Cambodia.

  • Collaborate with regional marketing teams to ensure consistent and effective execution of marketing strategies across all markets.

  • Support the planning and execution of quarterly menu launches and other key marketing campaigns.

  • Provide guidance to regional teams in the execution of localized marketing plans, ensuring alignment with overall brand objectives.

  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.

Reporting & Analysis

  • Manage the reporting and analysis of marketing campaigns, performance metrics, and ROI, offering actionable insights to optimize future campaigns.

  • Continuously seek opportunities to improve marketing outcomes by leveraging data and industry best practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 4 years of marketing or brand management experience, with 1-2 years in a regional role, preferably in F&B, Lifestyle, or Consumer Goods sectors.

  • Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach and a creative mindset.

  • Proven ability to develop and execute marketing strategies that boost brand awareness and sales.

  • Proficiency in English with strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Capable of managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

  • A proactive, resourceful self-starter with strong organizational and leadership skills.
