About the Position:

The Customer Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that enhance customer engagement, retention, and advocacy. This role will work closely with cross-functional teams to create and implement campaigns that support customer success and drive business growth.

As a Customer Marketing Manager, you will: 

  • Develop and execute customer marketing strategies to drive engagement, retention, and advocacy.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, sales, and customer success, to ensure alignment and integration of marketing initiatives.
  • Analyze customer data and insights to identify opportunities for targeted marketing campaigns.
  • Create and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns, including email, webinars, case studies, and customer events.
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, using data to optimize and improve performance.
  • Develop and maintain customer segmentation and personalization strategies.
  • Manage customer advocacy programs, including customer testimonials, case studies, and reference programs.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure we remain competitive in the market.

You are a strong fit for this role if you have

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in customer marketing, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM systems.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for customer-centric marketin
