Job Description:

Essential Job Functions:
• Develop and execute project management strategies aligned with departmental and organizational goals within **ServiceNow**
• Lead cross-functional project teams and ensure efficient collaboration and communication.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues while maintaining project schedules.
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of project management standards and methodologies.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to project managers and team members.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize and allocate resources.
• Prepare and deliver executive-level project status reports.
• Champion continuous improvement initiatives in project management processes.

Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Typically, 8+ years of relevant work experience in industry, with a minimum of 3+ years in a similar role
• Proven experience in project and program management
• Proficiencies in project management methodologies, tools, and software
• A continuous learner that stays abreast with industry knowledge and technology

Other Qualifications:
• Advanced degree in a relevant field is a plus
• Relevant certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional) or PRINCE2 are a plus
