About the role:
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Partner Marketing Manager to join our dynamic marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that promote our partnerships and enhance collaboration with key stakeholders in the retail media ecosystem. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of partner marketing, excellent communication skills, and a passion for driving results through collaboration.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the partner marketing strategy in alignment with overall business objectives and partner goals.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to create and implement co-marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness and lead generation.
- Manage partner communications, ensuring consistent messaging and alignment with the company's brand values.
- Analyze partner performance metrics and campaign effectiveness, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Organize and manage partner events, webinars, and joint promotions to foster relationships and showcase collaborative success stories.
- Coordinate the creation of marketing assets, including presentations, case studies, and promotional materials, to support partner initiatives.
- Conduct market research to identify new partnership opportunities and understand industry trends and competitive dynamics.
- Act as a liaison between partners and internal teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing programs and initiatives.
- Monitor industry trends and best practices in partner marketing to inform strategy and enhance engagement.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in partner marketing, channel marketing, or related roles, preferably in the B2B or retail media space.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful partner marketing strategies.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for building relationships.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
- Passion for the retail media industry and a strong understanding of its dynamics.
