The Talent Review Partner is an integral member of the Pattern business. We’re looking for a strategic, objective and analytical individual who is focused on bringing world class talent to Pattern. This is a full-time role that will work a hybrid schedule from our office in Lehi, Utah.

What is a day in the life of a Talent Review Partner?

• Review candidates who have been through the interview process at Pattern and make an objective recommendation to the executive team as to hire or not

• Work closely with the Talent Acquisition Partners to give them criteria for hiring the best candidates 

• Managing/tracking data through a spreadsheet and dashboard on all candidates

• Organizing candidates into folders and keeping up to data on all organization 

• Day to day tasks include: reviewing candidate offer packets, making recommendations on candidates, working on interview training and assisting with the hiring process

• Flexibility - You will have plenty of flexibility in your schedule and there will be ample opportunity to work about 90% remotely. There will also be times where you will work later to get all the work wrapped up. This person will love the flexibility in work

What will I need to thrive in this role?

• Bachelor’s degree required, master’s degree preferred

• Knowledge of recruiting best practices and techniques

• Knowledge of interviewing techniques best practices and techniques 

• Outstanding ability to dig through details and determine the strength of each candidate 

• Strong organizational and time management skills

• General knowledge of business and ability to identify the right candidate for a position

• Strong strategic, analytical and decision-making skills

• Strong interviewing skills and familiarity with various interview techniques

What is the team like?

• You will be mentored by, and report into the Talent Review Manager and meet with them on a regular basis to discuss your performance. You will work on the People Operations Team and collaborate with Talent Acquisition Partners. This team is data-driven and results-oriented. You will collaborate regularly with members of your team to implement actionable solutions. Ideas and input are encouraged from all members.

• An initial phone interview with Pattern’s Talent Acquisition team
