The Opportunity
As Local HR Business Partner for Corporate Functions in Switzerland, you will ensure that all HR policies and procedures are implemented in line with the Global HR strategy and local regulations. You will provide advice, guidance, and support to a variety of stakeholders. You will work in a vibrant international environment, being the counterpart of Line Managers and supporting other HR functions.
This is a temporary, part-time (50%) position until December 31, 2025.

How You Will Make an Impact
Implement HR priorities aligned with the Global HR strategy, focusing on culture, people, and organization, and propose new solutions as needed
Serve as a consultant, coach, and facilitator to business leaders, supporting managers and employees through transformation processes
Assist managers with performance and talent management activities
Support the implementation of compensation strategies
Maintain day-to-day HR relationships with employees
Manage relationships with local collective bargaining and consultation groups (e.g., works councils, trade unions)
Uphold core values of safety and integrity, taking responsibility for actions and caring for colleagues and the business
Provide a wide range of HR services throughout the employee lifecycle
Orient and train new employees, manage compensation and benefits, appraise performance, and handle data administration
Your Background
Bachelor and/or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law or similar
Previous experience in an HR function such as Generalist role
Ability to move in an international environment and balance different stakeholders
Strategic mindset as well as data analysis and ability to deal with complex organization
Demonstrate planning and organizational skills
Forward-thinking to develop and implement new ideas
Excellent communication skills in German and English, both written and spoken
