EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum qualification: A Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing OR marketing related qualification
RELEVANT EXPERIENCE
- 5-8 years experience in Media advertising and Digital marketing with proven successful experiences in leveraging Data analytics & Digital ad tech solutions
- Graduated in Marketing/Communication/Business School
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision maker
- Ability to demonstrate initiative and problem-solving skills
- Agile and capacity to adapt quickly to challenging and frequently changing environments.
- Positive mindset and team spirit
- Fluent in English
Main Tasks and Responsibilities
- Drive innovation to deliver Precision Marketing (i.e., AI usage for Media & Content)
- Define Precision Marketing Strategy for the region & ensure its implementation.
- Joint Business Partner Management and drive innovation
- Lead Business Plan / Mid Term Plan planning & support product milestones.
- Support country marketing operations teams in regional investments decisions
- Identify/implement new & innovative solutions to deliver content & media.
- Manage agency partner to drive the change & deliver excellence in operations /efficiency.
- Drive Media productivity
- Foster Precision Marketing tactics deployment across the region & prepare cookie less/consent world.
- Leverage Joint Business Partner relationships and drive innovation.
- Drive Effective & efficient overall budget strategy & align with business objectives.
- Enable precision marketing capabilities by supporting implementation & roll out of the required tools.Lead marketing mix modelling tool deployment and usage across the Regional Business Unit
MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Lead precision marketing strategy development and deployment for the region,
- Analyse, monitor and manage key performance areas vs. objectives of the business and competitors including Funnel Performance for brand and models.
