The EMEA Consumer construct (Mens/Womens/Kids) is the EMEA Marketing function responsible for unlocking our ability to serve the athlete* holistically across the spectrum of performance & lifestyle.


Our goal is to know & serve athletes* motivations & needs so we can unlock the power of sport for every athlete*. In the Men’s lifestyle construct we are responsible to ensure we keep the Nike brand on the edges of sport and culture to connect with youth, the future of the brand.


Based in the European Headquarters in Hilversum, you will be part of the Geography team where we serve athletes* (with a relentless focus on youth) and lead the brand & business.  It is our role to drive seasonally and lead daily. 
 


WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We’re looking for a EMEA Lead Professional Brand Marketing, Men’s Lifestyle.

This role is responsible for being a part of the team that sets the strategic & seasonal direction for Men’s Lifestyle across the priority opportunities of Air Max and the Look of Football. This person will support our seasonal offense as a critical member of the Consumer Construct Lifestyle team, working closely with Women’s (& Kid’s) Lifestyle teams to build strategies & plans that support our key business drivers, while identifying opportunities and developing plans specific for how to grow the Men’s Lifestyle business. This role will also be a key partner with other Marketing Functions (Retail Marketing, Digital Marketing, Energy Marketing, Sports Marketing, Integrated Media, Marketing Science & Analytics), as well as Global and City teams to coordinate and collaborate to drive efficiency & alignment for our marketing plans.


WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON

  • Contribute to a culture of mentorship & partnership across the extended team.

  • Support development of annual Men’s Lifestyle brand plan focusing on youth in partnership with Womens & Kids teams.

  • Develop break-thru ideas that elevate Nike’s brand presence in service of the youth of EMEA —exploring new areas to further innovate and solve for the unique needs of our core consumer and ensuring Nike Sportswear stays the edges of sport and culture.

  • Drive seasonal marketing campaigns in service of the Brand and Business priorities, coordinating across teams to drive efficiency and alignment.

  • Partner with product merchandising, Nike Direct, and our Partner Marketing teams to plan long term product & consumer journeys to benefit the consumer and the business. 

  • Serve as an expert within the Men’s construct on the lifestyle consumer and partner closely with the consumer insights team to identify insights to action on.

  • Shepherd the creative process of seasonal stories from brief through to city hand off and creative review being a stewarad of the brand standards.

WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH

As the EMEA Lead Professional Brand Marketing, Men’s Lifestyle, you will report directly into the EMEA Senior Manager, Brand Management, Men’s Lifestyle.


You will work alongside a team of other EMEA Brand management directors, Lead & Senior Professionals, and Specialists who with you, will collectively build the future of Lifestyle brought to life in the EMEA One Lifestyle Offence Plan.


You will collaborate with teammates across the Nike Consumer construct in the Women’s and Kid’s teams, supporting to drive a one lifestyle offence serving the lifestyle athletes* of EMEA day in and day out.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING

Depth of experience within Brand Management and Marketing, deep understanding of lifestyle Consumer landscape, Media and Digital platforms. Enterprise Thinking. Proven ability to drive and deliver results. Proven ability to collaborate, to build, develop and inspire teams.

  • Brand Management - Develops the strategy and delivers timely & effective execution of seasonal/daily Marketing Plan through extensive cross-functional collaboration involving other the marketing functions such as CDM, Creative, Influencer, Comms & Sports Marketing and other relevant Functions such as product marketing and MPU’S.

  • Knowledge of and/or worked in EMEA marketplaces and cities

  • Direct Marketing knowledge/experience is preferred.
