We are actively recruiting for an experienced Financial Analyst to join our world-class finance team.

This role under World-Wide Operations Costing/Gross Margin will support financial and planning activities, including actual reporting, forecasting, and business analysis activities for a Semiconductor Business Group. The person coming into this role will partner with the business segments to enable actionable analytics and reporting. The ideal candidate needs to be comfortable with working on End of Quarter Close requirements, enhancing financial reporting capabilities, and forecast deliverables related to regular business cycles.

Major Responsibilities

  • Performs analysis on built material costs to ensure correct tool valuation compared to Bill of Materials & reconciles weekly
  • Analyzes Production Order Material Variances & communicates with Operations to resolve issues identified during variance analysis
  • Provides support to World-Wide Operations teams to resolve systemic issues related to Finance attributes which prevent transactions from processing
  • Completes detailed requirements for monthly / quarterly close processes including Work In Progress, Finished Goods, Deferred and Eval Inventory 
  • Performs Financial Modeling and Analysis to support Gross Margin reporting for finance executives
  • Leads Aged WIP Inventory Reviews & Provides reserve analysis
  • Leads Balance Sheet Review Meetings with Finance Controllers
  • Interacts as a direct business partner with business unit executives, delivering analysis and recommendations to guide operational and financial decisions
  • Works closely with internal auditors to address SOX requirements

Qualifications & Preferences

  • Bachelor’s Degree (Finance, Accounting, or Business-related degree preferred)
  • 3-5 years of experience in Finance/Accounting for a reputable firm
  • Strong analytical & financial modeling skills
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • Attention to detail. Ability to think clearly and work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Curiosity to learn the business & improve upon existing processes
  • Experience in new business intelligence technologies, tools & concepts such as Python, Hadoop, Tableau, Machine Learning a strong plus
  • Must be proactive, possess solid financial analytic skills, communication skills, and be self-directed
  • Must work effectively with all levels of management and with various functions (finance, operations, manufacturing) in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple and often changing priorities.

U.S. Salary Range:

$92,000.00 - $126,500.00

The salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location, hire grade, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and with consideration of internal equity of our current team members. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as participation in a bonus and a stock award program, as applicable.

For all sales roles, the posted salary range is the Target Total Cash (TTC) range for the role, which is the sum of base salary and target bonus amount at 100% goal achievement.
