Walmart is now hiring for a Manager of Renewable Energy Finance!

Job Duties:
To support in execution of long-term, strategic partnerships with renewable energy developers to secure programmatic access to renewable energy globally across Walmart’s geographic footprint.
To support the strategy through reporting analysis of program success around renewable energy goals and managing pipeline of new opportunities; report against renewable energy tax equity investments; and support execution of long-term power purchase agreements.
To support the strategy through reporting analysis of program success around renewable energy goals and managing pipeline of new opportunities; report against renewable energy tax equity investments; and support execution of long-term power purchase agreements.
To execute against interventions in troubled projects by performing root cause analysis and problem identification; implement plans to course correct projects; and monitor execution of the plans to ensure successful completion of the projects and initiatives.
To drive the execution of multiple business plans and projects; remove barriers and obstacles that impact performance; measure progress; and demonstrate adaptability and support continuous learning.
Complies with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity by implementing related action plans; using the Open Door Policy; and applying these in executing business processes and practices.
Completes work assignments and priorities by using policies, data, and resources; collaborating with managers, co-workers, customers, and other business partners; identifying priorities, deadlines, and expectations; carrying out tasks; communicating progress and information; determining and recommending ways to address improvement opportunities; and adapting to and learning from change, difficulties, and feedback.

Hoboken, New Jersey US-10279:The annual salary range for this position is $84,000.00-$156,000.00
Sunnyvale, California US-04397:The annual salary range for this position is $91,000.00-$169,000.00
Bentonville, Arkansas US-08098:The annual salary range for this position is $70,000.00-$130,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
