About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Learning & Development Summer Intern to join our Learning & Development team.

The Learning & Development Summer Intern will play a critical role in supporting the development and implementation of our company's training programs. This internship provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the field of learning and development, while contributing to the growth and success of our organization.

This role is hybrid, based in our New York City office.

You Will:

  • Assist in the design, development, and delivery of training programs, including creating training materials, conducting research, and coordinating logistics.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to identify learning needs and develop customized training content.
  • Develop and maintain training databases, track learner progress, and analyze training metrics to measure program effectiveness.
  • Support the creation and maintenance of our company's learning management system (LMS), including uploading courses, managing user accounts, and ensuring system integrity.
  • Conduct research on emerging trends and best practices in learning and development, and make recommendations for incorporation into our training programs.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of in person instructor led sessions and corporate events.

You Have:

  • Completed at least two years towards your bachelor's degree (liberal arts, education, writing, curriculum design, instructional design or related fields).
  • Communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical audiences and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy and quality in data analysis and reporting.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Passion for learning and development, with a desire to contribute to the growth and success of employees and the organization.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with Google suite of products.
