About the Role

Workday is seeking a Treasury Manager to join our Corporate Treasury team where you will make an impact on shaping the future of Workday. The ideal candidate is a highly motivated treasury professional with an inquisitive mind who can jump right in and make a difference.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage corporate cash investment including in-house portfolio and external investment portfolios with investment managers.

  • Review, evaluate and recommend investment strategies or Investment Policy updates in support of market change or business growth.

  • Assess and monitor investment manager performances and lead new manager search as needed.

  • Maintain monthly and quarterly reports and metrics related to investment portfolio.

  • Ensure SOX and investment policy compliance and review investment related SEC reporting and disclosures.

  • Support Treasury technology initiatives and work on ad hoc projects as needed.

  • Perform backup to other Treasury functions.

About You

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

  • 5+ years of investment management experience in corporate treasury.

Other Qualifications:

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to explain sophisticated concepts to stakeholders.

  • Strong analytic and problem-solving skills.

  • Strong project management and multi-tasking skills; organized and attentive to details.

  • Growth mindset and self-motivated with ability to work in a fast -paced and high-growth environment.

  • Highly proficient in MS Office, in particular Excel and PowerPoint.


Workday Pay Transparency Statement

The annualized base salary ranges for the primary location and any additional locations are listed below.  Workday pay ranges vary based on work location. As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Workday Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants. Recruiters can share more detail during the hiring process. Each candidate’s compensation offer will be based on multiple factors including, but not limited to, geography, experience, skills, job duties, and business need, among other things.
