Manager partners with the Reuters team to provide analytical support to help drive business performance. This role is part of the DSIG Reuters team and is designed to participate in various project initiatives across the FP&A space, driving consistent use of tools while at the same time identifying areas of efficiency and communicating best practices.

About the Role:

  • Support month close and Forecast / Plan activities – maintain templates, consolidation of numbers, submission into Onestream, reports & dashboards, any information / analysis required.

  • Ability to multitask between priorities to meet deadlines and quality expectations.

  • Build functional and technical skills foundation.

  • Participate and contribute to regular team discussions and process improvement initiative.

  • Deliver additional value to the business through efficient, quality service and continuous improvement (in form of simplification / automation of processes)

  • Use of simplification tools like high-end MS Excel formulae and Power BI.

  • Take responsibility for personal skill development and career management.

  • Provide support to Forecasting, Annual Planning, Business Analysis, and Business Performance Reporting.

  • Respond to queries and requests from Team for reporting and analysis. Support ad hoc financial analysis for business decisions.

  • Contribute to preparation of business presentations/briefing notes 

  • Develop the SOP’s for the processes and projects.

About you:

You are a fit for the role of Senior Lead Analyst/Asst. Manager, if your background includes:

  • Eligibility: Minimum 6 year of experience in Finance domain with relevant knowledge in accounting, financial Analysis & Reporting.

  • Enthusiastic - open for learning and can-do mentality.

  • Good verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to juggle conflicting priorities and meet deadlines.

  • Doing ad-hoc analysis and presenting results in a clear manner

  • MS Excel expertise and exposure to automation and data visualization tools – Alteryx, Tableau & Power BI

  • Mode of Working: Hybrid (2-3 days mandatory WFO every week)

  • Shift Timings: 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM IST
