As Sr. Creative Producer in Creative Studio, you are at the forefront of the most dynamic space in creative marketing. The team operates at the intersection of crypto, web3, art, culture, community, technology, and finance. Reporting the Sr. Director, Creative Production & Operations, you will lead the creation of marketing creative from concept through delivery. 

Reporting to the Sr. Director, Creative Production, you will be responsible for collaborating with your Creative and Marketing counterparts to craft and deliver world class creative. You are an expert at managing complex, multidisciplinary projects across all mediums. From film, experiential, web3, print, OOH and strategic partnerships to design, motion and digital advertising. 

You organize teams, establish processes that are unique to the team and deliverables, and usher work through the entire project life cycle. This includes setting and managing project schedules and budgets, as well as identifying risks and clearly communicating goals to project stakeholders and the working team. Your projects move as fast as the Crypto industry and oftentimes span the Globe. Your role keeps all the players coordinated. 

 

What you’ll be doing:

  • Manage large-scale marketing initiatives with multiple workstreams in a fast paced and highly creative environment. 
  • Inspire and advocate the highest level of craft in every piece of work. 
  • Find, source, and manage a diverse set of world class production partners to support the work. 
  • Manage and prioritize frequent feedback from multiple stakeholders as projects develop (includes flagging issues and proactively identifying possible solutions.)
  • Lead projects and efforts between multiple stakeholders and teams within Coinbase. Manage requests, project priorities and support workload distribution.
  • Manage pipeline of existing and new projects and collaborate with Creative Lead counterpart and Sr. Director of Creative Studio to cast the teams best suited for the work.
  • Enable creative teams with the tools and resources necessary to do their best work. Includes establishing and managing schedules, budgets, and production partners. 
  • Plan and execute integrated productions: film, photography, interactive design & development, animation, etc. 
  • Manage and drive consistency of brand across marketing, comms and other cross-functional teams.

 

What we look for in you:

  • BA / BS degree or equivalent practical experience
  • 8+ years of relevant experience in a mission driven and disruptive environment
  • A proven track record of driving outcomes through creative production across multiple mediums
  • In-house tenure combined with top agency experience
  • Exceptional interpersonal communication, relationship management, and organizational skills, including navigating complex organizational dynamics to deliver cross-team results
  • Experience being the driving force of stellar cross-functional collaboration
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and experience succeeding in fast-paced environments (e.g. you make things happen by breaking through brick walls)
  • Ability to plan and prioritize workload; ability to multitask and meet deadlines with quality product
  • Comfort working in a high growth, constantly changing environment

Nice to have:

  • Previous production experience in FinTech
  • Familiarity with crypto

Pay Transparency Notice: Depending on your work location, the target annual salary for this position can range as detailed below. Full time offers from Coinbase also include target bonus + target equity + benefits (including medical, dental, vision and 401(k)).
Pay Range:
$161,500$190,000 USD
