The Corporate Sales Development team is the backbone for our Sales team, you are part of the front-line of the Workday sales team.

About the Role

Looking for an upbeat, focused and self motivated individual to work with both the Director of Corporate Sales Development, Regional Sales VPs and Directors to develop and implement targeted territory development plans and align CSD daily activities in order to meet quarterly goals. They will lead and manage a team of Corporate Sales Development Representatives including recruiting, hiring, and training new reps as well as developing and implementing standard methodologies across the team such as messaging and objection handling. In addition, they will implement targeted outbound calling programs, conduct mock calling exercises, call blitzes and provide individual mentorship to CSDs. This individual will need experience working closely with Marketing--supporting Field Marketing activities within the territory, including webinars, trade-shows, and demand generation campaigns.

About You

Basic Qualifications:

  • In depth knowledge of Salesforce required
  • 2-5 years experience in a similar role or as a Team Lead

Other Qualifications:

  • Ability to keep the team energized and motivated is key
  • Phenomenal attention to detail is required
  • Generates and achieves quarterly territory forecasts, and accurately predicts quarterly generated pipeline
  • Implement metrics to supervise the team's level of activity and quality
  • Recent successful experience and shown ability to develop a prospect pipeline via targeted outbound prospecting and engaging business Executives
  • Excellent account management skills, including skills to analyze, position and qualify opportunities
  • Excellent verbal and written skills
  • The ideal candidate is bold, creative, self driven and highly analytical
  • Must be organized and be able to lead their time optimally
  • Proven track record to coach and mentor
  • Outreach or Groove experience preferred


Workday Pay Transparency Statement

The annualized base salary ranges for the primary location and any additional locations are listed below.  Workday pay ranges vary based on work location. As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Workday Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants. Each candidate’s compensation offer will be based on multiple factors including, but not limited to, geography, experience, skills, job duties, and business need, among other things. Primary Location Base Pay Range: $119,500 USD - $179,300 USD


 

Additional US Location(s) Base Pay Range: $96,600 USD - $179,300 USD
