We’re looking for a Group Design Manager in our Tallinn office. In this role, as the Group Design Manager, UX & Design Systems, you will play a pivotal role in driving design strategy, expanding our design system, fostering innovation, and managing a lean team of three super talented designers. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that our design efforts align with business objectives and deliver exceptional user experiences. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, hands-on design expertise, and leadership capabilities to inspire and guide the team towards achieving our design goals.
