Position Summary:
This position is within the Event Services function, and will focus on event intake, process and management. Day to day will include managing the client event process- this includes: event prioritization, risk determination, escalations as needed, expediting as needed, oversight of communications and metrics, and assisting teammates as needed. This role requires significant amounts of communication with executives and managing directors across all lines of business in the coordination of events.
This position also includes partnership with external engagement teams, to include Global Events, to provide oversight, escalations and guidance as needed.
The Cyber Crime Specialist position will also entail managing relationships with RISO partners and other stakeholders, ensuring speaker prep, training and support as needed.
In addition to the above, the position will include updating team process documentation, playbooks and training materials, as well as reporting.
