Job Summary
The IT Manager will oversee Desktop Engineering and support functions. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure, providing excellent support to our employees, and driving continuous improvements in IT services. What You’ll Do:
Lead with Impact: Mentor and develop a high-performing IT team, fostering a culture of learning and continuous improvement that aligns with our company values.
Drive Innovation: Oversee the design, build, and implementation of solutions for device enrollment, endpoint management, and app deployment using cutting-edge tools like Microsoft Intune, AutoPilot, Apple Business Manager, and JAMF Pro.
Customer-Focused Leadership: Ensure high-quality support for Mac and Windows platforms, delivering excellent customer service and managing after-hours support as needed.
Continuous Improvement: Implement and manage IT ticketing systems and workflows to drive efficiency, while monitoring performance metrics to identify improvement opportunities.
Strategic Partnerships: Collaborate with vendors to evaluate new technologies and integrate innovative IT solutions that enhance operational excellence.
Project Management: Lead and manage IT projects to successful completion, ensuring timely delivery and high standards.
What You’ll Bring:
Experience & Expertise:
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science (or related field) and 7+ years of IT management experience, focusing on desktop engineering and support.
Advanced knowledge of Azure AD/Entra ID, Office 365, and both Mac and Windows operating systems.
Proven ability to lead and build Deskside teams with an emphasis on automation, quality, and customer satisfaction.
Leadership Skills: A passion for mentorship, excellent communication abilities, and a focus on delivering results.
Innovation & Problem-Solving: A proactive approach to identifying solutions and implementing new technologies that keep our IT infrastructure running at peak performance.
Bonus Points: Familiarity with ITIL or IT Service Management frameworks, and veteran or military experience is a plus.

Work Environment & Physical Requirements:
