You will play a key leadership role in International Tech group serving Walmart’s multiple international markets like Canada, Mexico, Chile , CAM and South Africa. You will be responsible for driving large-scale programs cutting across fast growing pillars like CRM, Revenue & Marketing Tech and Digital Wallets. The role will require you to manage a large TPM team and play a hands-on functional role in delivering ambiguous and complex programs at a global scale. As a functional owner, you will work closely with business, product, engineering and data sciences leaders to ensure timely planning, managing execution, meeting business commitments and defining ways of working. You will partner with the Technical Strategy team to drive the overall vision and efficiency improvements through thought-leadership and technology innovation. You need to demonstrate technical and domain acumen to drive simplification and nurture platform mindset to create enterprise-wide leverage. As a people leader, you will be responsible for hiring, career development and continuously raising the performance bar of the team.
