Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee end-to-end program delivery, ensuring alignment with business objectives, regulatory requirements, and industry standards. 
• Manage multiple interdependent projects, balancing competing priorities and ensuring timely delivery within budget. 
• Collaborate with diverse stakeholders, including senior executives, cross-functional teams, and external partners, to align program goals and expectations. 
• Identify and mitigate risks, resolve conflicts, and ensure program governance and compliance. 
• Drive innovation and continuous improvement in program management practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in program management within the financial services or banking industry. 
• Strong ability to manage complexity and deliver results in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. 
• Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build consensus across diverse groups. 
• Expertise in regulatory compliance, risk management, and financial services operations.
