Your New Role

As the Personal Assistant to the Senior Vice President of Business Affairs & International Development you will take responsibility for (but not limited to) scheduling meetings, coordinating travel, drafting correspondence and documents and minor accounting tasks.


Your Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage diaries and schedule meetings across time zones.
  • Transcribe audio for emails, reports, and communications.
  • Administer contracts, liaise with vendors, and monitor renewals.
  • Handle minor accounting tasks and resolve invoice queries.
  • Assist with Leavesden Park tenant administration and business rates.
  • Prepare PowerPoint presentations for senior meetings.
  • Arrange site visits, including security and catering.
  • Organize national and international travel and itineraries.
  • Manage expense claims and reconcile credit card statements.
  • Maintain electronic and paper filing systems, including legacy records.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Proven work experience at a senior Personal/Executive Assist Level
  • Ability to work with discretion across sensitive areas
  • Competency using the MS Office suite
  • Experience using SAP or a similar expenses/payment system
  • Strong communicator both through written and verbal comms

Onsite Working - This role is advertised as Onsite, meaning all working hours and days (regardless of shift pattern) will be carried out at the place of work. Subject to any applicable laws, WBD / your Line Manager reserves the right to change this working agreement, where this is essential to business needs and upon reasonable notice to you.
