We are looking for a Facilities Management Specialist. Delivering workplace services in Spain, located in Barcelona Office, involves local facilities management, V&A support integration across Spain, reporting Facilities management team, requires working closely with the WP executive team, internal clients. Specializing in WP delivery services, and possessing high skills in facilities management, knowledge of WP services and operations. A comprehensive and holistic vision of the area is essential, along with the expertise and knowledge. Due to the extreme workload, this role is critical to ensure seamless operations and support.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of similar experience

• Facilities Management Expertise: Skills in facilities management, including knowledge of Workplace services and operations

• Comprehensive Vision: A holistic understanding of the workplace services area. Required expertise and knowledge to ensure seamless operations and support

• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, including Excel and Power BI.

• Languages required: Spanish and English (minimum B2)

• Business Administration: Background in business administration and management studies

• Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills to work closely with the Workplace teams, internal clients and external providers

• Budgeting and Forecasting: Ability to manage operating and capital budgets, ensuring business operations meet service level requirements and corporate standards

• Critical Thinking and Problem Solving

• Presentation and Communication: Ability to deliver presentations and communicate effectively both written and orally

• Adaptability: Ability to work and adapt to changing environments and tight deadlines. Sociable personality with versatile, flexible, and polyvalent attitude.

• Service Orientation: A strong service orientation and ability to work in teams and coordinate people
