The opportunity:

  • Lead annual process for Category Media Choices for Data, Systems , & Tools menu curation, setup, and tracking
  • Manage Data, Systems, and Tools financial processes (i.e.  Purchase Orders, Proof of Performance, Cross charges, Audit support) and budgets (research budget, travel and training) in partnership with Finance & Accounting
  • Manage data, system, and tools stewardship for access and audit management in partnership with Global Business Services
  • Lead media capability building for the organization by planning 2-3 events per year to drive community, share and reapply, and celebration. This includes event logistics from venue and vendor selections, A/V, run of show, and post-event feedback and analytics.

Job Qualifications

  • Operational Excellence: Look for the excellence in the execution of tasks assigned and key operational responsibilities . Great attention to detail and ability to maintain, update, and store detailed information with accuracy and agility.
  • Collaboration: Ability to develop networks and work cross-functionally to drive progress and impact. Leveraging a service mindset to our internal P&G teams.
  • Project Management & Organizational skills: Stay focused on multiple tasks, and use the time, energy, strength, mental capacity, physical space, etc. effectively and efficiently to achieve the desired outcome
  • Financial and Budget Management Expertise and Experience- Ability to manage multiple contracts, purchase orders, and proof of performance across multiple budgets.
  • Technical Mastery- Microsoft office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint, Word), Familiarity with shared sites (i.e. Sharepoint, One Drive, Teams)
  • Communication- Ability to manage communication across multiple stakeholders and collaborate across the team. Ability to communicate in a clear and understandable way to those unfamiliar with the nature of information to gain a desired outcome.
  • Analytics Skills: Create reporting by leveraging key data sources, draw conclusions, and present regularly to key stakeholders

Starting Pay / Salary Range: $74,100-$92,650

Compensation for roles at P&G varies depending on a wide array of non-discriminatory factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, degree/credentials, relevant skill set, and level of relevant experience. At P&G compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. Total rewards at P&G include salary + bonus (if applicable) + benefits.
