As a Sourcing Recruiter focusing on design, you will partner with the business to proactively identify, engage, and assess passive design talent in Mexico, primarily focusing on roles such as UX/UI Designers, Graphic Designers, and Product Designers. This role may also require you to pivot into Marketing and other roles as the business requires.
You Will Get To:
Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to understand their talent needs and develop sourcing strategies tailored to design roles.
Research the competitive landscape and capture insightful recruiting data to drive improvements across our design-sourcing pipelines.
Utilize advanced sourcing techniques to identify and attract top-tier passive candidates in the design industry.
Employ a variety of channels, including social media platforms, online communities, industry events, and talent databases, to engage with potential candidates.
Effectively align a candidate's motivations with Zillow’s value proposition, role details, and expectations.
Provide strategic insights and recommendations to hiring managers and stakeholders based on market trends, talent availability, and competitive analysis.
Collaborate with the talent acquisition team to enhance candidate experience and streamline recruitment processes.
Provide mentorship and guidance to teammates - elevating those around you by teaching what you know.
This role has been categorized as a teleworker position. Teleworkers do not have a permanent corporate office workplace and, instead, work from a physical location of their choice which must be identified to the Company. Employees may live in any part of Mexico, but preferably in Mexico City, as we would encourage attendance for occasional in-office events.
In addition to a competitive base salary and benefits, this position is also eligible for equity awards based on factors such as experience, performance and location.
Proven experience as a Sourcing Recruiter, preferably within the design industry, with a strong track record of identifying and attracting passive talent in Mexico.
Deep knowledge of design talent profiles, including UX/UI, Graphic Design, and Product Design.
Proficient in utilizing various sourcing tools and platforms, such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, social networks, and candidate databases.
Familiarity with AI tools to enhance sourcing efforts.
Excellent command of data and analytics, with success in data-driven organizations; proficient in using data to guide decisions and change.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with candidates and build long-term relationships.
Ability to partner with various clients, including senior-level business leaders and top-tier professional candidates within the design organization.
Understand the process of attracting and retaining the brightest minds from all backgrounds while cultivating the power of a diverse organization.

Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years of technical sourcing experience within a fast-paced organization, focusing on design roles.
