The Opportunity
This position works out of our Columbus, OH location and supports our Nutrition business. Our nutrition business develops science-based nutrition products for people of all ages, from helping babies and children grow to keeping adult bodies strong and active. Millions of people around the world count on our leading brands – including Similac®, PediaSure®, Pedialyte®, Ensure®, and Glucerna® – to help them get the nutrients they need to live their healthiest lives.
We are currently seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager who is passionate about leading a team of TA professionals to find top talent for our US Nutrition manufacturing sites. This role will act as a strategic partner with business leaders and business HR to identify and hire top talent, provide a best-in-class candidate and hiring manager experience and leverage metrics to inform the TA strategy while ensuring ongoing team performance.
What You’ll Work On
Provide leadership and direction to a team of TA professionals to attract high caliber talent that meets business needs of our US Nutrition manufacturing plants. Foster a continuous learning environment that champions a diverse and equitable culture.
Support and lead project work by driving and executing against key expansion plans or functional projects. Support local and regional partner relationship manager initiatives as appropriate.
Establish the most effective recruitment processes and selection practices. Execute with high quality hiring standards to meet diversity goals and provide exceptional candidate experiences.
Own and manage the relationship with manufacturing plant leaders and business HR.
Deliver full-cycle recruiting, from requirement definition, to offer negotiations for leadership and most difficult to hire positions. May use the support of a sourcing specialist or a contingency search partner as needed.
Use cost-effective recruiting channels, implement direct sourcing initiatives, and create innovative campaigns to attract the best talent.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree is required.
6+ years of recruiting/ talent acquisition experience with a minimum 3 years of in-house TA experience in a matrix environment.
Full-cycle recruitment experience in healthcare or in adjacent industries and across main functions: commercial, manufacturing, scientific, and corporate function.
Demonstrated ability to partner with business leaders and identify recruiting strategies to effectively meet business needs, including strong executive presence.
Experience with supporting the hiring needs at the director level across multiple functions, divisions, or business units.
Subject matter expert in developing marketing campaigns and direct sourcing strategies to engage, attract, and nurture passive candidates.
Team leadership experience over a single contributor team with proven ability to coach, support and mentor team.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in manufacturing and high-volume recruitment preferred.
Strong analytical mind set with ability analyze data and provide insights to support business outcomes and talent acquisition strategy.
Project management skill set with ability to delivery on project timelines and anticipate broader impact of project outcomes.
Knowledge/understanding of compliance requirements for employment law, staffing and staffing systems.

The base pay for this position is
$95,000.00 – $190,000.00In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
