Overview:

As HRIS Director, you will lead the global Workday HCM that enables innovative process solutions to increase the effectiveness of global teams and support the Company’s strategy and culture.  This key role will work collaboratively across Human Resources, Finance, IT and other functions and with key leaders across the Company to develop data-driven tools and processes to enhance the way the Company interacts, plans and deploys our People data and processes.

Responsibilities

  • Leads the overall ownership for the ongoing design, deployment, and maintenance of the Workday HCM and related tenants.

  • Serves as a strong consultative partner to our business and functional leaders to continuously improve service delivery.

  • Leads the governance processes, road mapping exercises and cross-functional resource planning.

  • Drives the deployment of system releases and maintenance, ensuring business and functional requirements are met.

  • Lead the Workday support team ensuring day-to-day systems support is balanced with strategic enhancements and projects.

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in HR information system management.

  • 5 – 7 years professional experience focused on HCM management including implementation of core system and/or other modules (e.g., compensation planning, talent management, payroll, etc.) .

  • Workday experience or training preferred.

  • Leadership experience managing a team of HR systems professionals required.

  • Ability to clearly articulate with all levels in the organization, including complex topics for target audiences.
