Our Journey at Keep

At Keep, we embarked on a mission with a powerful question: Why hasn't the banking experience caught up with the rapid pace of technology?

This continues to fuel our passion for reshaping the Canadian fintech landscape. We provide businesses with a comprehensive suite of cross-border banking services, offering everything from credit cards to deposit accounts, currency conversions, and revenue financing.

With a team of seasoned global startup veterans with successful exits, Keep is committed to leading the charge as Canada's next-generation fintech institution. Backed by VCs in the fintech sector, we're racing ahead, expanding our reach and impact like never before.

About the Role

Join Keep as an Executive Assistant to our CTO, where your exceptional organizational and communication skills will ensure seamless operations and support the fast-paced demands of our leadership team. In this role, you’ll handle project management, manage emails, calendars, and Slack tasks, and take care of personal arrangements such as booking flights and accommodations. Your proactive approach and ability to prioritize tasks will directly contribute to the success of our CTO and the company.

Who We're Looking For

  • You have prior experience supporting executives, ideally with exposure to English-speaking companies. While experience in startups is not required, it’s a bonus.

  • Your attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple priorities make you thrive in dynamic environments.

  • You excel at written and verbal communication, enabling you to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.

  • You’re proactive, capable of managing tasks independently, and can adapt quickly to changing priorities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Calendar and Email Management: Organize and maintain the CTO’s schedule, ensuring all meetings, deadlines, and priorities are well-coordinated.

  • Project Management: Track and follow up on tasks and projects, keeping the CTO and relevant teams informed of progress.

  • Slack and Task Coordination: Monitor and manage Slack communications, ensuring action items are addressed promptly.

  • Personal Support: Handle travel arrangements, including booking flights and accommodations, and other personal tasks as needed.

  • Communication and Liaison: Act as a point of contact between the CTO and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring clear and timely communication.

Why You Should be Excited About This Role

  • Be a trusted partner to the CTO of a dynamic, growing fintech company, directly influencing operational efficiency.

  • Gain unique insights into leadership decision-making and the inner workings of an innovative startup.

  • Work with a diverse and collaborative team that values your contributions and professional growth.

  • Enjoy a flexible, remote-friendly environment while being part of a company shaping the future of Canadian fintech.

Why Join Keep?

  • We’re a mission-driven company focused on transforming the financial experience for SMBs in Canada.

  • Join a team that values innovation, collaboration, and work-life balance.

  • Embrace a global and inclusive culture, welcoming candidates from all backgrounds.

  • Be part of a company committed to continuous improvement and employee development.

Why This Might Not Be a Good Fit

  • If you prefer a highly structured environment, our fast-paced and dynamic setting might feel too adventurous.

  • If you’re not comfortable working autonomously or managing multiple priorities, this role may not align with your strengths.

  • Collaboration is key at Keep—if you prefer working in isolation without team interaction, our approach might feel unconventional.
