About the Role

In this opportunity as a Solution Center & Pre Sales Manager, you will: 

  • Drive the Proposition Sales Strategy from end-to-end development on feature/function specifications for new or legacy propositions, creating Go to Market strategies to meet our financial goals.
  • Apply your knowledge about current industry trends to analyze and review diverse issues and demonstrates people leadership skills.
  • Provide management and leadership to team leaders or supervisors.
  • Assign work, allocate resources, monitor results, control costs, and manage staff.
  • Interprets internal and external business issues and recommends solutions, applies a broad perspective to identify solutions to complex problems.
  • Develop departmental plans, including business, production, and organizational priorities, which support overall business strategy.
  • Implement complex or unusual technical, operational, and organizational problems that may be multi-disciplinary.
  • Develops strong relationships and negotiate with key internal and external customers to identify future needs.
  • Communicates difficult and complex concepts effectively, by altering communication style to the audience.
  • Gathers analyses and presents complex concepts or sensitive information for discussion with more senior levels of management.
  • Influences others to adopt a point of view for ideas and initiatives.

About You

You’re a fit for the role if your background includes:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Fluent English is a must.
  • + 5 years of experience in similar positions.
  • Experience in leading high-performance pre - sales teams is a must.
  • Strong knowledge of Global Trade
  • Experiences working in a big four is preferred not a must.
  • Strong commercial skills such as negotiation, active listening, business-oriented, and commercial awareness.
  • commercial experience and knowledge of the Mexican market and other Latin American countries.
