后端工程师

岗位职责:

1.理解业务，识别需求，参与系统设计与开发等工作；

2.通过对业务的理解，对现有产品和系统进行改进和优化；

3.负责、处理、协调和解决项目中出现的技术问题；

4.负责处理线上版本紧急技术问题，线上版本bug处理；

岗位要求：

1、有java开发经验且java基础良好；

2、有微服务开发实践经验, 对设计模式有一定理解；

3、熟悉Java语言，熟悉spring、mybatis/ibatis、springboot、springcloud；

4、能熟练使用MongoDB、MySQL，有数据库问题定位和性能调优经验；掌握ElasticSearch、Redis等开源框架的使用, 熟悉Kafka, RocketMQ, RabbitMQ中至少一种消息中间件；

5、熟悉微服务架构理念，熟悉相关应用场景开发；

6、热爱技术, 能够快速学习新技术并合理运用到项目中；

7、保持独立思考， 有较强的沟通能力和团队协作能力。
