Summary: As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. You will be responsible for ensuring the successful implementation of applications and providing technical guidance to the team. Your typical day will involve collaborating with stakeholders, analyzing requirements, designing solutions, and overseeing the development process. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. - Lead the design, development, and implementation of applications. - Act as the primary point of contact for application-related queries and issues. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements. - Design and architect solutions that meet business needs and align with best practices. - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the development team. - Oversee the development process and ensure adherence to coding standards and quality guidelines. - Perform code reviews and provide feedback to ensure code quality. - Troubleshoot and resolve application-related issues. - Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies. - Conduct knowledge sharing sessions and trainings for the team. - Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Governance Risk and Compliance (SAP GRC). - Strong understanding of SAP GRC modules and functionalities. - Experience in designing and configuring SAP GRC solutions. - Knowledge of SAP security and authorization concepts. - Experience in integrating SAP GRC with other SAP modules. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP Security and Authorization Management. - Experience in implementing SAP GRC Access Control and Process Control modules. - Knowledge of SAP GRC Risk Management module. - Familiarity with SAP GRC reporting and analytics tools. - Solid grasp of IT governance and compliance frameworks. - Experience in conducting SAP GRC audits and assessments. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in SAP Governance Risk and Compliance (SAP GRC). - This position is based at our Hyderabad office. - A BE degree is required.
