The Red Hat Marketing team is looking for a Principal Program Marketing Manager to join us in Latin America, to support Commercial Segment. In this role, you will oversee key programs, events, and initiatives that generate demand, increase revenue, and build brand awareness for Red Hat solutions as a team lead. You'll work closely with the broader cross-functional marketing teams including Latam Marketing Team, and pre-sales team to create integrated campaigns. You will also influence the field marketing plan, including digital marketing, field events and 3rd Party events etc. As a Program Marketing Team Lead, you’ll build initiatives for solution based campaigns with the team and executive the plan to achieve organizational goals.
What you will do
Plan and deliver regional marketing campaigns, events, and initiatives aligned to achieve organizational goals
Collaborate with teams and stakeholders across the organization to plan and deliver marketing initiatives that generate demand, awareness of our offerings and solutions, and overall market share
Develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns focused on demand generation
Manage the lead funnel and guide effectiveness and efficiency for campaigns, including monitoring top-of-funnel volume, funnel conversion rates, and pipeline generated
Manage allocated budget, ROI, and marketing mix across the region
Analyze results, metrics, and reports to define effectiveness of program activities
Identify opportunities to improve marketing effectiveness through better audience segmentation, marketing techniques, and processes
What you will bring
8+ years of B2B program marketing experience, preferably in the technology field
Demonstrated ability to create and develop strategies and integrated marketing campaigns, with the ability to carry out the tactical elements of these plans
Solid project management, planning, and organizational skills with attention to detail
Ability to take the initiative and deliver projects with minimal supervision
Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
Ability to develop relationships and communicate across all levels of the organization
Ability to handle multiple urgent tasks, projects, and relationships
