The role

As a Marketing Manager at Sensat you will lead and execute a broad range of marketing activities to drive brand awareness and customer acquisition. In this role, you will touch every part of our marketing strategy, from content creation and digital campaigns to event management and performance analysis. This is a varied and hands-on role, perfect for a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

You’ll work closely with product, sales, and customer success teams to ensure our product offerings meet market needs and are effectively communicated to potential clients. Your focus will be on understanding our target customers, creating compelling content, and supporting strategic initiatives that drive growth.

What you'll be doing

  • Drive Growth: Manage marketing channels and content to support overall growth (customer acquisition) through strategic content creation and optimisation.

  • Copywriting & Content Creation: Develop blog posts, case studies, landing pages, and web content to increase organic traffic and enhance brand visibility.

  • Paid Media: Execute, and optimise paid advertising campaigns across platforms (Google Ads and LinkedIn) ensuring effective ROI.

  • Email Marketing: Lead the strategy and execution of email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, drip campaigns, and promotional emails to engage and nurture leads.

  • Digital Marketing & Analytics: Implement and manage multi-channel digital marketing strategies aimed at driving customer acquisition. Track and analyse performance metrics to continuously refine and improve digital marketing efforts.

  • Event Management: Plan and execute both virtual and in-person events (e.g., webinars, conferences, trade shows) to enhance brand visibility and generate new leads.

  • Marketing Operations: Utilise HubSpot for marketing automation, CRM management, and campaign tracking to streamline processes and improve marketing efficiency.

BONUS — Design ability: Use Adobe Suite (InDesign, Photoshop) to create visually appealing marketing materials such as social media graphics and brochures.

What you'll bring

  • Experience in a digital marketing function, including email marketing, content marketing, and social media

  • Ideally has worked in a B2B SaaS start-up environment

  • Ideally has Experience with Hubspot, including setting up and managing workflows

  • Detail-oriented with strong organisational and project management skills

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and strategies

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with an ability to craft compelling business-focused messaging
