  • Analysis, development and implementation of New Business Models
    • Act as support contact for business leaders at corporate and country level in all CDI regions (e.g. RHO) in regard to new business opportunities projects developed within the CDI Business Development department
    • Support on all activities aiming to implement new business models in countries belonging to CDI regions
    • Identify and implement solutions/tools/processes/materials able to accelerate the implementation of new business models
    • Conduct and/or coordinate market research activities to identify potential new revenues streams to integrate in the existing FME CDI care services portfolio
    • Support countries in developing detailed financial models in alignment with CDI finance showing the benefit of implementing new revenues streams
  • Management of External Consultants Relationship concerning all BD projects
    • Coordinate contracts development and finalization of external consultants’ services by aligning with internal stakeholders (e.g. legal) and external partners
    • Manage the whole process of third party’s projects in close alignment with the Head of New Business Models and BD Portfolio Management
    • Obtain quotes and communicate with potential advisors
    • Steering of the process for external evaluations related to acquisition or divestment projects
    • Review and steer external evaluation reports and market analysis projects
    • Support internal stakeholders (e.g. Global Tax) along the process of reassignment projects costs to local projects’ cost centers
  • Monitoring of Acquisition and Divestment Documentation
    • Oversee the documentation process for all CDI BD acquisitions and divestments
    • Monitor compliance with internal and external standards and polices for the whole CDI BD team
  • Support in the Development of New Process Flows and Documents
    • Contribute to creating new process flows and updating existing process documentation and training materials
    • Participate in reviewing the divestment/ acquisition SOPs, and in finalizing integration and separation matrixes
  • Development, Integration, and Maintenance of a new M&A Tool (e.g. Smartsheet)
    • Support in the selection process of new M&A tools
    • Manage the integration of the chosen M&A tools
    • Expand and optimize the functionality of the M&A tools
  • Onboarding of Companies/Advisors
    • Manage the onboarding process for new companies and advisors in the department
    • Ensure all necessary information and documentation is provided during onboarding
    • Coordinate all third-party advisors, involved in CDI BD activities
