About the Role
This position aims toUnderstand local and MCV market and customer insights to input into local channel planning and execution
Develop, communicate, implement and manage an effective channel marketing strategy
Coordinate major customers / channels activities and manage channel contributing to sales targets
Collaborate with channels/ internal stakeholders to foster content, campaign communications and channel activities
Collaborate with channels to solicit meaningful feedback on existing programs and other Marketing initiatives, and implement changes based on channel feedback received
Regular channel visit and serve as a highly visible internal evangelist between channels and marketing
Coordinate with distribution channels to harmonize marketing across channels and maximize sales
Analyse channel performance, identify new growth opportunities, optimize business performance and gain commitment around production goals and hold channel partners accountable
Engage with different internal teams including Proposition and Corporate Solutions team for planning and communication alignment
Provide producers marketing education and additional support to ensure long term success and engagement
Partner with data analytics to help translate data into insight and engagement with channels for performance optimization
Be the customer segmentation champion to refresh and promote the model to different internal stakeholders
Requirements:
University graduate preferably in Marketing or Communications focused
Minimum of 14 years’ experience in Sales and Marketing, 5+ year of leadership experience coordinating multi-functional teams and cross-channel marketing
Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
Computer literate in MS office, Excel and PowerPoint
Multi-tasking
Positive, passionate, flexible, self-motivated, dynamic
Skills in structuring and analyzing data, translating to a story and drive decisions
Strategic, creative and able to think out of the box
Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skill
Strong leadership skill: guide, develop and motivate others
Strong problem-solving skill
