Impact

As a Senior Merchandiser located in Birmingham, AL. You will develop and drive strategy for owned businesses or site pages, including merchandising campaigns, promotions, seasonal landing pages, taxonomy, and key product features to drive increased product discovery, engagement, and order volume.

While no two days are the same you will leverage reporting, data analysis, and consumer insights to inform future planning and campaign optimization to achieve our goals. Work cross-functionally and influence internal partners across Marketing, Business Development, Brand, and Product, along with external retail and Shipt Media partners to increase marketplace traffic, sales, improve conversion, and optimize marketing efficiency. Communicate to stakeholders about plans and key initiatives to ensure alignment, collaboration, and the delivery of on-time merchandising programs. Also, serve as a key cross-functional and peer lead within the Merchandising team to drive synergy and create efficiency across sub-teams.

• You have 2 years of work experience within eCommerce industry.
• You have a degree in Business, Marketing or Merchandising.
• You have working experience using data reporting and project management tools.
• You have proven experience with project management skills, ability to multitask effectively, and drive projects forward to meet goals and deadlines
• You have a track record of prioritizing and successfully delivering multiple initiatives on time in an eCommerce or digital company.
• You enjoy the balance of left brain (quantitative analysis, data-driven) and right brain (creativity, out-of-the-box thinking) approach to driving results in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
• You enjoy forging and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders
• You have excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills necessary to present and communicate critical information.
• You have experience and familiarity with the online grocery/delivery industry

Work Arrangement

Shipt considers candidates located near a Shipt office or workspace in Birmingham, San Francisco, or Minneapolis to be hybrid, which means that they have the flexibility to work from home (with leader approval) or at a Shipt office in order to facilitate the ability to innovate, collaborate, and spark team connections. In-office expectations will vary by role and leader.  Certain roles may require in-office presence on a full-time basis. Employees will also be eligible to receive discretionary vacation for exempt team members, paid holidays throughout the calendar year and paid sick leave.  Other compensation includes eligibility for an annual bonus and the potential for restricted stock units based on role.

Pay Range:

$61,002-$122,110

All other locations:

$50,429-$100,858
