To be able to carry out the following responsibilities: Leads discussions with varying viewpoints; presents to and influences diverse audiences across divisions using appropriate frameworks/tools; leverages fact-based data and analytics insights from multiple finance and business domains to build a cohesive narrative, form an argument, organize thoughts, and present in a clear, concise, and meaningful way; demonstrates decision and coordination skills when faced with conflicting or ambiguous inputs; acts as a trusted advisor to diverse business partners, influencing them to act as needed to move the business forward; provides effective, timely feedback to others; seeks, internalizes, and utilizes feedback to make changes. Market Research: Possess knowledge of: Market research approaches and methodologies; market research reporting standards and formatting; market analysis techniques. To be able to carry out the following responsibilities: Selects appropriate investigative or analytical methods to assess a market research project; combines historical and current data to generate market research reports; assists in the planning, design, and implementation of a market research project; analyzes the validity and reliability of market research results; follows a certain structural research process for conducting market research.
Partnership & Collaboration : Possess knowledge of: Stakeholder identification and mapping; stakeholder analysis; stakeholder communication; stakeholder engagement techniques; stakeholder management effectiveness tools and methods; fluency in specialized business vernacular. Product Awareness and Adoption: Possess knowledge of: Product characteristics and attributes; product training methods; product demo techniques. To be able to carry out the following responsibilities: Gathers, summarizes, and prioritizes ideas for new products, or new versions of existing products; describes the purpose of and a methodology for a product usability analysis; evaluates the benefits and drawbacks of various delivery mechanisms on product training; assesses client proficiency and retention and modifies programs as needed; directs the selection of resources and approaches for training on advanced product features and functions; designs and conducts detailed demos for all product features and facilities.
Digital Marketing Execution: Possess knowledge of: Marketing and product positioning principles; organizational Marketing plan practices; Marketing support tools. To be able to carry out the following responsibilities: Compares and contrasts alternative strategies to accelerating product sales; conducts market climate surveys and determines the implications for a business unit; oversees the operation and feedback of Marketing tasks and activities; develops Marketing plans and programs for multiple products; advises on the strengths and weaknesses of alternative Marketing approaches; coaches others on the adoption of advanced technologies and tools for Marketing tasks and activities.
Marketing Acumen: Possess knowledge of: Marketing tools used by the organization; Marketing roles and responsibilities; industry Marketing practices. To be able to carry out the following responsibilities: Coaches others on building key relationships and dependencies with other business functions; advises on the development of Marketing strategies and plans; analyzes the use of technology in current and planned Marketing strategies; contributes to the establishment of best practices for Marketing; develops successful implementation or improvement initiatives for the Marketing unit or department; oversees a Marketing unit or department.
Business Data Analysis : Possess knowledge of: Business data analysis tools or software used by the organization; key concepts of business data analysis methods; data sources used by the organization and assigned function. To be able to carry out the following responsibilities: Sets standards for business data analysis tools and techniques, advises on applications, and ensures compliance; evaluates the quality of business data collected and the effectiveness of data analysis methods; oversees the use of business data analysis software and troubleshoots for common errors; provides solutions to data requirements in the business data analysis process; suggests conclusions with results drawn from business data analysis; directs the implementation of business data collection processes and educates less-experienced employees on new data sources.
Proposals and Presentations: Possess knowledge of: Presentation and proposal standards, formats, and guidelines; technical and legal requirements for proposals. To be able to carry out the following responsibilities: Leads discussions on customer types, effective proposals, and presentations; develops proposal and presentation processes to improve volume; evaluates best practices of proposals and presentations within the industry; trains others on developing multiple and varied formal, written proposals; collaborates with professionals to enhance the organization's proposal and presentation strategies; analyzes customer feedback to provide better proposals and presentations.
Customer Service Excellence: Possess knowledge of: Organizational customer service processes and standards; customer issue documentation procedures. To be able to carry out the following responsibilities: Recovers from service failures in a way designed to enhance customer satisfaction; teaches others to deliver customer service in a variety of settings; participates in developing a variety of effective ways to deal with difficult customers; resolves complex customer complaints or problems; applies the concept of "Moments of Truth" to customer service; anticipates and addresses customer needs.
End User Training: Possess knowledge of: Organizational training procedures; client need assessment methods; training program development processes. To be able to carry out the following responsibilities: Assesses client proficiency and retention and modifies programs as needed; coaches others on implementing effective end-user training programs; develops and maintains end-user training programs using client assessments; facilitates end-user learning through proper tools and by demonstrating knowledge of products; delivers training programs, including formal and informal training programs, utilizing all training resources; answers complex client questions and provides proper and efficient solutions.
Product Expertise: Posses knowledge of: Current products and service offerings; product support tools, literature, and documentation. To be able to carry out the following responsibilities:
Creates a system to organize and maintain different product lines; advocates for the development of new technologies and tools for the full spectrum of product groups and products; leads discussions on the future perspective of cross-functional products or services in the organization; designs systematic protocols and procedures for product lines in the organization; reports current product lines, product history, evolution, and future plans to stakeholders; establishes organizational best practices for product strategies.

San Bruno, California US-08848:The annual salary range for this position is $104,000.00-$202,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
