Job Summary:

Reporting to the Group Commercial Manager, the Group Commercial Intern will have an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in commercial-related activities of a highly dynamic multicultural global organization.

In this role you will support the commercial team with their primary responsibility to maintain and seek continuous improvement of the Group’s business intelligence, the development of Group commercial strategy and the management and coordination of the Group's commercial processes.

This is a 6-month Full-Time Internship where the successful candidate will have an opportunity to:

  • Learn about our industry, our company and its dynamics through primary and secondary research, and collaboration with the commercial teams across the globe and our corporate colleagues from other departments. 
  • Make a difference during the internship by taking ownership of smaller tasks, tracking progress and receiving increased responsibilities as you grow.
  • Receive dedicated mentoring and support from the team.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Support the management of the company’s CRM tool (salesforce.com) and continuously improve the company’s business intelligence quality by researching, assessing, and validating customer and competitor information with the local commercial teams. 
  • Generate and analyze commercial reports, challenge the data as needed and draw meaningful conclusions.
  • Conduct market research, including data mining and synthesis.
  • Support management in decision-making by delivering customer and market analyses.
  • Coordinate projects across various regional commercial teams and / or various corporate departments (Finance, Legal, HR, Operations).

Core Competencies and Requirements

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics or related fields

Technical / Langauge Skills:

  • Proficiency in MS Office with particular strength in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Fluent in English and any other relevant languages is a plus
