EMEA HR Representative with French

We are Amex GBT EMEA HR HUB, serving our employees located in 20 European countries.

We are looking for a Team member who will be responsible for English- and French -speaking countries.

The role is a part of Team that serves as first point of contact via HR ticketing tool, email, phone, and chat, responsible to provide support in terms of Workday system and HR processes to our employees, collaborating with other Teams such Administration and Payroll towards cases resolution.

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Support Leaders and employees in navigating through Workday system,
  • Promote self-service usability of Workday
  • Escalate after in depth troubleshooting complex cases to Workday functional Team
  • Manage Workday transactions and data corrections
  • Deliver system trainings to HUB and local employees
  • Dispatch HR tickets workload to Administration and Payroll Teams
  • Support global Workday processes enhancement projects

What We're Looking For:

  • Fluent French and English speaker
  • HR Experience, preferably in fast paced GSCC environment
  • Nice to have knowledge of French labor market
  • Experience with Workday/ other HR systems
  • Individual with high accuracy and attention to details
  • Colleague willing to cooperate, develop and have fun. We will teach you the rest :)

  • We are offering open ended contract with 3 months trial period
  • The role is completely remote working from home.
