We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Operations Manager to join our People & Culture team in Montreal.
In this role, you will partner closely with our TA leaders, talent partners, and coordinators to achieve growth and hiring goals by optimizing our TA tech stack, reporting, target setting framework, establishing effective processes, and minimising operational friction. You will use data and partner with the Talent Insights team to identify trends and improvement opportunities and will provide insights to regional TA Leaders and business leaders, empowering them to make informed hiring decisions. Additionally, you will drive Lightspeed EVP and social strategy globally to attract top talent, while supporting DEI initiatives. This role reports directly into the VP of Talent Systems, Insights & Total Rewards.
